Our current postage rules are as follows:
All packages are dispatched within one working day.
Royal Mail Second Class – £1.50
(Expect delivery within 3-4 working days)
Royal Mail First Class – £2.00
(Expect delivery within 2-3 working days)
Royal Mail First Class Recorded – £5.50
(A tracking number will be provided via email on request, Expect delivery within 2-3 working days, someone will need to sign for the delivery)
Super Fast Special Delivery – £9.00
(A tracking number will be provided via email on request, expect delivery within 1-2 working days, someone will need to sign for the delivery)
Next Day Courier – £15.00
(A tracking number will be provided via email on request. Choose this service if you require a guaranteed delivery the next working day via courier, if our courier does not attempt delivery the next working day your postage costs will be refunded. This service is only guaranteed for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 5pm, someone will need to sign for the delivery)
All packages are dispatched within one working day via airmail, please be aware of any UK bank holidays which might delay your order where we will be unable to post parcels until the post offices re-open.
International Standard – £6.00
(No tracking number provided, please see delivery times for specific countries below)
International Tracked – £11.00
(A tracking number will be provided via email on request, someone will need to sign for the delivery)
International Courier – £POA
(Please contact us if you require a rush shipment, prices and delivery times are quoted on a per order basis. If you are interested in a rush courier shipment please send an email to [email protected], it is helpful for us if you include your delivery address and the details of what you would like to purchase in your first email so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.)

Western Europe Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Cyprus, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Finland
Eastern European Delivery Time: 5-7 working days
Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Belarus, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey
Outside Europe: Usually within 7-10 working days
Worldwide delivery expected within (But not limited to) 7 days, postage times will vary on location
We welcome all international customers, however, due to distributor agreements with our manufacturer, we are unfortunately unable to ship GloFX products to the US. Any customers from the US looking to purchase any product by GloFX should refer to the official GloFX website.
Missing parcels/ Damaged or missing items
As is life, unfortunately sometimes parcels get held up, get damaged or go missing to no fault of our own. If package is missing, damaged or if we have in anyway made a mistake with your order then please contact us via email immediately, we take pride in offering outstanding customer service and will do everything we can to fix it for you as quickly as possible.
To contact us please send an email to [email protected], it is helpful for us if you can include the order number found on your confirmation email so that we can deal with your message more efficiently.
We will always do our utmost to help our customers out but please be aware that it is our policy to not re-send parcels before our insurance terms with the postal provider have been met. For European orders we must wait 20 days to make a lost parcel claim, for any other counties outside of Europe we must wait 25 days to make a claim.
We are happy to exchange or refund any unused and unwanted products within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are still in the as sold, from factory condition. (This excludes items which have been custom manufactured for a customer) We ask that customers returning unwanted items to cover any additional postage costs.

Please include a description of the fault and if possible some pictures, please be aware that all goods are quality checked, we will not accept returns on goods which have been damaged after being used unless it is a manufacturers fault.
